On an aging estate on the Atlantic coast of Brittany, the German-French Boennec family comes together for the weekend to celebrate their parents’ 33rd wedding anniversary. Many things are discussed during this weekend, reproaches are made, life models are questioned. But the most important things remain unspoken in the end. There are no words for love, not when it is complicated.
AUTUMN AGAIN is an ensemble film that tells of loss and the preservation of complex family relationships. And of time that never stands still until a year passes and it is autumn again.
